Who We Are

Formoli’s Bistro is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chef Aimal Formoli and Suzanne Ricci. Our food is New American and incorporates European influences, drawing mostly from France, Spain, and Italy. Chef Formoli proudly sources our food from local California farmers and strives to create unique menus that include fresh seasonal ingredients. We pride ourselves on preparing excellent food, as well as delivering great service.
